UEF launches financing mechanism to expand energy access in Zambia

Zambia Energy Demand Stimulation Incentive (ZEDSI) launched. ZEDSI is a new financial mechanism focused on supporting mini-grid developers as part of a larger Presidential Initiative to reach 1,000 communities that was announced at COP28. ZEDSI is led by Sustainable Energy for All (SEforAll) with support from the Government of the Republic of Zambia.
